Missing countries (Feb 2012)

Out of the 58 countries covered by Kiva, we are in most of them. The missing ones are :
  1. Iraq
  2. Israel
  3. Jordan
  4. Pakistan
  5. Palestine
  6. South Africa
  7. Thailand
  8. United States
They maybe not all available right now (like Palestine or Thailand for example).
Some countries are not listed anymore, like Afghanistan...
